After we receive your return, it can take up to 5 business days (Mon-Fri) to be processed. You will only receive an email confirmation once your return is complete.
So there is still a chance your return order is in the queue to be completed.
If you are worried that your parcel has gone missing, then please send through the return tracking number and I can track this for you!
The tracking number should be on the receipt you received from New Zealand Post.
