"Authority to leave" or "Safe drop" permissionUpdated 5 months ago
We understand that you may not be home to sign for your parcel,
However, we DO NOT recommend authorizing "Authority to leave" or "Safe drop" permissions.
In the event that a customer provides an "Authority to leave" or "Safe drop" permissions, this voids all warranties that Culture Kings may have with the postal carrier regarding lost or stolen goods.
Culture Kings parcels are protected by requesting a signature upon delivery in all other circumstances, to avoid such situations. Orders that are unable to be delivered with signatures will be taken to the post office for collection with ID.
Please be aware that all postal carriers have specific terms and conditions around providing permission to leave parcels at your address without a signature, we urge you to read and understand all of these terms before providing this authorization.
For example: By giving authority for the courier to sign for and leave your parcel, you also acknowledge that the courier will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to the parcel left at the address in accordance with your instructions. This means it's up to you to ensure the location you have specified is safe and secure.
