Will I have to pay customs or import fees?Updated 2 hours ago
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges when entering the destination country.
These charges are determined by your local customs or postal authorities and are outside of Culture Kings’ control. Culture Kings does not determine, collect or pre-pay these charges on your behalf.
Customs requirements and fees vary between countries, so we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure about potential charges.
Canadian Orders & COD Charges
Customers in Canada may receive a COD (Collect on Delivery) or payment request before their parcel can be delivered or collected. Depending on the shipment, this may relate to applicable duties, taxes and/or fees collected by Canadian customs or the local postal/carrier authority.
These charges are not an additional Culture Kings charge and are not controlled or collected by us. If payment is required, it will need to be made directly to the relevant carrier, postal service or customs authority.
If you are unwilling to pay the required customs, import or COD charges, your parcel may ultimately be returned to sender. Once the parcel has arrived back at our warehouse and been processed, your order will be refunded.
Please note that your original shipping fee is non-refundable, as these funds were used to ship your order to its destination.
Culture Kings is unable to waive, refund or pre-pay customs, import or COD charges imposed by local authorities.
We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking and any communication from your local carrier, as unpaid charges may delay your delivery or result in your parcel being returned to us.
