Please make sure you:

• Lodge a separate return for each order through our online returns portal and follow all required prompts.
• Contact our Customer Experience team before sending your parcel to let us know you are combining your returns. Our team can then assist with waiving the return fee on one of the orders where applicable.
• Clearly include all relevant order numbers on a note inside your return parcel so our Returns Team can correctly identify and process each return.
