How do I package my return?Updated 4 months ago

All return items must be shipped within a protective shipping bag or box. You can either use the postage bag/box that your order came in, or you can purchase one at your local post office. 

Shoe Returns

Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage. This means the shoe box cannot have any tape or stickers and must be placed inside a postal bag or box for return. If the shoe box is received damaged, it will not be accepted.
