All return items must be securely packaged inside a protective shipping bag or box. You can reuse the packaging your order arrived in or purchase suitable packaging from your local post office.

Please ensure your items are protected during transit and that any original product packaging, tags, boxes or casing are included and remain undamaged.

Shoe Returns

Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and in its original condition.

Please do not place shipping labels, tape or stickers directly onto the shoe box. The shoe box must be placed inside a separate postal bag or shipping box for protection.

If the original shoe box is returned damaged, written on, taped or otherwise altered, your return may be declined, as the product is no longer in its original condition.
