How Does My Return Work If I Used Afterpay or Klarna?Updated 33 minutes ago

If you paid using a third party payment provider such as Afterpay or Klarna, your return will be processed as normal. Once your return has been processed, the refund will be applied through your original payment provider.

The amount refunded will depend on the status of your instalments at the time your return is processed. For example:

• If you have paid 1 instalment of $50, the applicable amount will be refunded and your remaining instalments will be adjusted or cancelled accordingly.
• If no instalments have been paid, there may be no funds to return directly to you, with the outstanding payment schedule instead being adjusted or cancelled.

Please Note

Culture Kings is unable to pause or manually adjust your Afterpay or Klarna payments while your return is in transit or awaiting processing. Any payments that fall due should continue to be managed directly through your payment provider until your return has been processed.

Once your refund has been submitted by Culture Kings, any further questions regarding your instalment schedule, refund allocation or processing timeframes should be directed to Afterpay or Klarna.

Online orders purchased using a third party payment provider cannot be returned in store and must be returned through our online returns process.
