How does ship-from-store work?

When you place an order online, our system will automatically attempt to fulfil as much of your order as possible from our warehouse. If an item is unavailable at the warehouse, the system will route that item to the nearest physical store with available stock. The store team will then pick, pack, and ship the item directly to your delivery address. 

Will my items ship faster? 

In many cases, yes. As your item is shipped directly from one of our retail stores that's closer to your delivery address, it can often result in quicker transit times and faster delivery.

Will all items in my cart ship together? 

Not necessarily. If your order contains multiple items that aren't all available at the same location, it may be split into separate shipments. This means your items could arrive at different times, depending on where they're being dispatched from.

You will be able to see where each item is being shipped from during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Do I get tracking information? 

Yes. Once your order has been packed and handed over to the shipping carrier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
