Culture Kings wants you to be happy with your purchase. You can view our full Returns Policy for all return requirements and information.

For change of mind returns, please keep the following in mind:

• Returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition, including all tags, packaging, boxes and casing.
• Face masks, underwear and earrings cannot be returned for change of mind due to hygiene reasons.
• Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
• Final Sale items cannot be returned for change of mind.
• Shoe boxes must not be taped, written on or damaged and must be returned in their original condition.
• Original shipping costs are not refundable.
• If your order included a free gift and returning your items means you no longer qualify for the promotion, the free gift must also be returned.
• Culture Kings reserves the right to decline a change of mind return that does not meet our return requirements.
