Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for our Returns Team to inspect and process your exchange.

A delivered tracking status does not mean your exchange has been processed. Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation and new tracking details for your exchange item.

All exchange orders are sent via Express Shipping. You can view estimated delivery timeframes HERE.

If 10 business days have passed since delivery and you have not received an update, please contact our Customer Experience team.
